    A Great Start

    In 2004, our founders joined forces as area’s No. 1 jewelry traders. This entrée into the jewelry business parlayed into the successful venture called DiamondShop, which today is one of the top 25 independent jewelers in the nation. Their story is a true "local boys make good in the west" tale. Both partners had plans of pursuing careers in science but decided to abandon their original plans when they discovered rising popularity of high-quality jewelry.

    Today, DiamondShop has central offices in three locations - Chicago, Las Vegas, and New York with extensive regional network. We are constantly growing in popularity around the world and are consistently recognized as one of the leading independent jewelers. In 2010, we were officially recognized by American Jewelry Association and were awarded with “Best Jeweler of The Year” prize. We have recently completed the expansion of our New York store to approximately 5,000 square feet, unveiling a contemporary, distinctive and elegant feel while also offering services online through our website.

    In 2013, we achieved a new milestone in our development – DiamondShop was recognized by European Jewelry Committee that offered us a unique possibility to extend to European market. This event became part of our international partnership with other jewelry stores and networks. This cooperation became a perfect opportunity for us to enter the Top-10 List of the most successful and popular jewelry providers. Since that time, we have been offering jewelry worldwide.

Because we work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible. We are on a network with other jewelers and are constantly seeking the best possible prices on items that we buy. For instance, let’s say that you come into the store looking for a diamond ring. Unless you already know exactly what you are looking for, we work with you to determine what size, color, and quality that will best suit your needs. If we don't have that particular diamond in stock, then we will have to order it for you. Instead of just calling up a standard supplier and ordering the diamond, we will search out the best possible deal and pass those savings on to you.
We do our sizings and other repairs in-house . We do not send your jewelry anywhere to be sized. Another reason that we can do it so quickly is because we have three jewelers on hand to do sizings and repairs. When you buy a ring from us, you do not have to wait days or weeks to wear it. You can wear it the same day.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any changes you would like to make. Our team is available Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.
All orders purchased on our website must be returned to our headquarters by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers. Please contact us for additional information on returns.
While most items cannot be customized, we do have some options for you. If you're looking for a longer length necklace, consider purchasing a necklace extender to add up to 3” to your existing chain. You can also mix and match your charm and card selection with our custom necklaces. For a personalized card message and a variety of bestselling necklace options, feel free to browse our website.
